easy access daily restock friendly staff
The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. daily restocking of complimentary water and coffee was a treat. i found the staff very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. the modern decor added to the refreshing ambience. I liked it a lot.
The dj's music was a bit loud one evening. It was noticeable from my room.

The location offered very short walking distance to the tube and shops. i also appreciated the proximity to restaurants. luggage storage before check-in was quite helpful. I used it as soon as i got there.

the staff were always ready to help with a smile. they were attentive too. from check-in, everything looked seamless. the room itself was clean.
the room, a petite, felt small. there wasn't enough space for two people to stand comfortably. the bathroom was tiny too. the window faced directly onto the street and i needed to keep the blind closed.

the location is great near hyde park. staff members are helpful. the sound isolation was very good resulting in a restful sleep.
the hotel has a lift that starts on the first floor guests needing the lift must use the stairs from the ground floor.

the staff was very friendly. they accommodated my needs.
I stayed on the second floor and the dj's music was really loud. it went on past 1 am. I couldn't block the noise even with earplugs.

I found the staff helpful. Altaf and Liam provided assistance addressing my questions about the city. They also delivered excellent service. The hotel vibe and interior had many things to look at and admire. It looked very well kept. My room had all the appliances I needed. The bathroom was lovely and clean with a nice shower.
My room was very small. There was not much space to move around.
